Aufenthaltberechtigung über Immokauf

Moin,

ich habe gelesen, dass es in Griechenland die Möglichkeit geben soll, sich eine Aufenthaltsberechtigung für Schenkenland über den Erwerb einer Immobilien zu erschleichen.

Gleiches soll für CZ gelten, da sollen schon ein Investment von 8.000 Euro reichen, um die Aufenthaltsberechtigung zu bekommen. Kann das stimmen?
