Kondompflicht im Saarland

Nach Bayern, wird es vermutlich noch in diesem Jahr auch im kleinen Saarland eine "Hygieneverordnung" geben!
Die Einführung der neuen Regelung soll noch in diesem Frühjahr geschehen.
Darin ist auch geregelt, das es zukünftige eine Kondompflicht geben wird!
