Umbauten im BHV

    Ich beobachte das schon seit den 90ern.
    Wenn irgendwo ein Haus renoviert wird dann dauert das ewig.
    Ich kapier nicht wieso die solange brauchen und warum die oft wochen bis Monate alles liegen lassen und nichts mehr machen. Vor allem bei Treppenhäusern kann ich das nicht verstehen. Warum schliessen die die Häuser nicht mal für einen Monat und machen das auf einen Streich was ja auch qualitativ besser wäre.
    Und kommt mir jetzt nicht mit Einkommensverlusten. Wenn ich einzelne Stockwerke mehrer Monate komplett zumache weil da die Bauarbeiten stocken dann macht das doch unterm Schnitt viel mehr aus.

    Ganz schlimm war ja der Umbau des Leierkastens, das ging ja bestimmt über 3-4 Jahre.
